Hello everyone! My name is Shasta. I am a first year college student working towards a double major in Jazz Saxophone Performance and Computer Science. I am passionate about many things but my love of food and cooking keeps me excited throughout the days. In middle school I suffered from an eating disorder and was under 100 lbs while nearly 5' 8'' but recovered as I learned there were other things in my life I could control other than restricting food intake. Now that I am in college I have less time and motivation to exercise and no option to cook for myself. I am looking to inspire myself and others to become healthier and happier with themselves.
