Beating at the scale 2 tenths at a time... that's 700 calories, if I manage that now every couple of days I will be happy. Got to eat enough to keep the metabolism up. Got to move enough to make sure there is no excess. Got to continue to build muscle, especially through the core. Body fat is slowly shrinking. Slow is good.

Oops the Xmas challenge has disappeared. I am personally going to carry on, 25 days to go. For me, it to was to go from 188 to 178, I most likely cannot make that now due to a recent 20-day plateau but will try to come a bit closer than I am right now.

Wow, 20 days to break 184, but included a few dinners out and also Thanksgiving. A normal weight plateau, I think. Hard work exercise at least 6 days a week covering cardio and all muscle groups. Eating lots of healthy foods to feed the muscle. Getting noticeably thinner. Who cares about weight? Well, truthfully it is one important measure but not the only one. Holding my course no matter what the scale says.
