With the festive season upon us it will be a challenge making any great losses, but I, like you, plan to carry on. I won't make my goal of 20 pound loss before we leave for Germany, but I hope to at least lose a few pounds before December 16th and then when travelling hope I won't gain a massive amount. Easier said then done considering the tempations I expect to encounter.
