Broke the 190 barrier. Food choices 100% nutritious. Exercise intense, except missed 2 days the past week due to work. Continue to become measurably thinner, the primary goal.

Loving the shorter, higher intensity sessions at the gym. Calorie burn is high, near 3000 per day. Food intake is 100% on plan. Size 33 jeans can now be slid on and off without unfastening! On to size 32!

Shaking up the routine with HIIT and working harder on the weights. Ironically it amounts to less time in the gym. Eating all the veggies, fruit, and fish that I want. Nuts for fat. Don't need to record the food anymore. When I do check, I am running pretty much equal portions of protein, fat, and carbs.
