I joined fatsecret in 2008, and had great success while following it for about a year, though as life does, it got hectic and I loosened up and gradually stopped coming....and weight crept on again.
I started graduate school in fall of 2010, the first year was rough! I was happy just to make it through, I survived, but disappointingly had no time or energy to put into diet and exercise. I would say though what I have learned and the lifestyle changes made since 2008 made generally healthy eating habitual and the damage far less than it could have been. I have several more years to go in school (biology PhD), and want to finish with a slimmer, more muscular, healthier body than I started. So here I am, ready to start again fresh.
