I'm a mother of 3 living in Arizona. I've been married for 8 years. I'll be studying nursing starting in January after haven't taught school for 8 years. I'm very excited about this new journey and look forward to the challenge.

I enjoy being outdoors, reading, spending time with my family and traveling. I've recently gained 30lbs after starting on medication so it's been very frustrating especially when I already have 30 to lose. I'm decided Weight Watchers because it suits my life.

Ah Ha!! Moment
Hey Everyone,

I've been trying to diet off and on now for oh about 5 months. I couldn't even make it through one day without cheating.
Well, today I looked at myself in the mirror, and said, "who is that?". I couldn't believe what I saw.
I'm 50 lbs overweight and 20 lbs over my "I'm fat but I can live with it weight". I've put on 20lbs since Jan. due to medication and terrible eating habits.

I don't even know that person I see anymore in the mirror. My hubby hasn't said one word to me but I know what he's thinking.
Anyway, I'm done with the junk food. When you can't fit into your fat clothes, you've got problems.
Keep up the good weight everyone.

Exercise ThroughOut the Day
I was reading an article in Prevention magazine that talked about exerciseing through out the day. Just little 5 minutes strenght exercises while you go about your day. Also, that standing up burns more calories then sitting down which is a do brainer.
Along with my regular walking routine, I'm going to incorporate little stuff throughout the day.

I started Fat Smash today and I was looking over others' weigh ins, and I was surprised in the detox part their not higher. Is everyone following it to the letter?
What were the weight losses on C.Fit Club?
