I started Atkins on Feb 21,2011 have been on for little over a year, I was diabetic and on insulin and 2 pills a day, since then I am off all diabetie medicine and by blood sugar is normal. I Thank Atkins daily for making me feel healthy again, i have tons of enegry now and about 37 pounds from my goal. If I can do this diet anyone can:)

I love life again.
