I ate 1/4 pint of ice cream before going to bed and a lot of soy crackers and butter short cookies + three regular meals on time. I can't believe that I'm still losing weight. Today I'm gotta do better! Follow my regular schedule. Eat on time: breakfast @8am, Lunch @12pm, and Dinner @6pm. Two snacks between breakfast and lunch, lunch and dinner. Go to bed at 10:30. And let's weigh in tomorrow!

Day 1 has just passed. I had no side effects for taking Yanhee Pills other than drinking a lot of water. 10 cups of water for day 1.

Starting on 8/25/2012, I drink a cup of Vegetable Fruit Juice in the morning as my breakfast. Eat a reasonable portion of lunch. And skip dinner. My weight loss seems great so far.

After reading "Eat Right 4 Your Type" twice, I finally understood why my weight stalled and had been fluctuating since I followed Atkins. I'm Type A and my digestive tract just can't efficiently process and metabolize proteins in meat. I experienced sluggishness and felt extremely unhealthy when I eat meat. Now I eat mainly fruits and vegetables and drink 1 cup of soy milk a day. I drink fruit juices such as Pineapple juice, apple juice. They are full of sugar. Yes I know that, but they make me exhilarate. When it comes to carbohydrates and starch, I choose whole wheat/whole grain. I eliminate all the red meat and poultry, but still do eat fish and seafood (ex. Tuna sandwich from Subway) They all taste delicious and healthy!
When I was following Atkins, I didn't have bowel movement for 8 days. Now I need to go to restroom everyday since I eat more fruits and vegetables and grain.
I know Atkins works great on some people. But there can't be "One Diet Fits All". We are human beings and we all are different. Find the diet that suits you the most.

Atkins is not that healthy to human body as it suggests to eliminate wheat and flour at the beginning. It may create a fast loss in weight at first, but weight starts to fluctuate lately.
