I finally decide to give up on Atkins as I realized that Yes it can help to reach your TRUE CARBS but not your TRUE CALORIES/FATS because when you are eating proteins, you tend to eat more and intake more calories and fats. At the end, you will end up with too little carbs and too many calories and fats which is not an ideal long term plan for healthy living. Like what many others have said, Atkins in actuality is a fat diet that you lose faster when you eat more fat. You can't spend your whole life consuming those unhealthy fats endlessly right? What are you going to do after you reach your goal weight? Quit Atkins with an exhausted body? NO WAY!
Diet is a way of promoting your lifetime healthy eating habit. If you eat right, control your mouth, throw away all the junk food (can indulge yourself once in a while), you have glow and have a healthy body and remain at the weight your body is most comfortable with.

Eat more in breakfast. Less calorie in lunch. Minimal in dinner.

Dine out and had a Marinated Grilled Chicken yesterday. It was a big chicken thigh, but I finished it all. Sometimes they put sugar when they marinate, which is a big problem.
Weight is still within that up&down range. No losing but no gaining either.
Yesterday's Zumba class was fun, and it was a great aerobic workout without getting you sweat like hell.
Can we eat Sashimi during Induction?

Today I lost 1 lb, and I'm thrilled to see my weight is finally going down. I think the main reason for losing weight yesterday was because I ate less calories not because I ate meat. Probably Atkins ultimate goal is to encourage you to take less calorie. Eating large amount of protein will make you feel full faster and thus consume less food.
Many are saying it is eating fat. I don't know what meal can I make by simply using fat. Any suggestions?
Today's my third day of taking Psyllium. It's another reason for my decreased appetite. I feel so full after I take Psyllium that I barely want to eat anything. Eating a little makes you feel like your stomach is going to explode.
First day of Zumba class. Exercise and maintain a healthy body :)
