I strictly followed the Atkins diet, but my weight is still not going down. Probably it just likes the way it is right now, and doesn't want to change. Or am I read to lose the accumulated fat which has been there for 20 years and now I need to be patient?

Anyways, Psyllium really keeps me full the whole day and doesn't want to consume anything more which makes me harder to eat enough calories to keep my metabolism! Should I reduce it to morning only?

Update:
@11:08 am I had my first bowel movement in 4 days. Now I feel refreshed and light again. Maybe because of Atkins diet, my poop* has an iron smell to it probably because I ate too much meat or is it the toxins in my body? Anyways, now I can see what huge benefits fiber can bring to your body! And it increases your heart health as well.

Lose weight in a healthy way that's my announcement for my purpose of weight loss, and I'm happy to see that I'm actually doing it.
First I didn't eat less but maintain my normal appetite.
Second I eliminate sugars and well grained flour from my meals. They are equivalent to junk food and don't actually have too much nutrients in them. Best thing is there's no more mood swing due to sugar in my body.
Thirdly, I actually consume more fiber now than before. Now I need to read food labels and ingredients to make sure I'm eating what I am supposed to eat. Not like before, I just pushed tons of food into my mouth.
Fourthly, I maintain an 8 hour sleep now to keep my metabolism. My skin is smoothier.
Etc

Etc...
There are so many benefits weight loss can bring to you. You just need to find the right way!

This is my first day of using this website recommended by someone in the Atkins community, and I start loving it immediately! They have a humongous food database that I can readily keep track of my calories and carbs intake etc. And there are X times people in this community than Atkins that are ready to help you whenever you have a question! Besides, there are so many delicious recipes here. Who don't love eating and cooking? If you don't, well, probably you don't have any obesity problem then ;p

As of today, this is my first day of taking Psyllium due to constipation which is caused my Atkins diet. Nothing happens, no bowel movement, nothing. I have been drinking 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar in the morning and before bedtime for two days. See how does that benefit my skin and my weight loss process. Psyllium has 12g of carbs/serving, and I'm taking it first thing in the morning and last thing before going to sleep even though I'm sure if I should eat that much carb at night around 7pm?

Got one reply saying:
Quote:
At 5ft 3in your healthy weight range is 112-124 so at 122lbs your weight loss will be very slow. Think about moving to OWL and eat more not less. You body may be just where it wants to be. 99lbs is the recommended weight for women 4ft 9in.

Hmmm, that might be true though because my weight is stagnant right now. No losing nor gaining. However, 99lbs would still be my dream target weight!

That's it for today. Going back to study and see the result for taking Psyllium and vinegar tomorrow morning.
