I ate 1/4 pint of ice cream before going to bed and a lot of soy crackers and butter short cookies + three regular meals on time. I can't believe that I'm still losing weight. Today I'm gotta do better! Follow my regular schedule. Eat on time: breakfast @8am, Lunch @12pm, and Dinner @6pm. Two snacks between breakfast and lunch, lunch and dinner. Go to bed at 10:30. And let's weigh in tomorrow!
