I am on day 6th on atkins and i havent even lost weight at all
Don't dispair you will get there. Some tips watch the carbs that turn to starches. Starches and Sugars are a big no no. Potatoes, Yams, Rice and refined sugars are bad for you. No Soda of any kind (I know hard to do I used to drink 4 24 oz bottles of diet dew a day quit cold turkey. Yogert is supposed to be good for you yeah right take a look at the sugar grams usually 15-23 grams of sugar baaaaadddd.
I joined a weight loss program that got me going now I am obsessed. It was expensive but it got things going I had tried every diet out there. Google Hytech Weight Loss if you want to see what I did but I am not promoting this to get them business since they are a local program to my area. Keep at it and keep your head up
