Abs
What is the best way to get ab workouts withour crunches or situps? When I was younger I had torn my ab muscle and have tried to work it out but it starts to hurt a lot. So I wanted to know what the best workout would be without crunches and situps.

Any help is appreciated!

NO Xplode
I haven't experienced any diarrhea or jitters. It just keeps me focused and I get a real good work out. Thanks for the responses.

I have just starting using NO Xplode and wow what a difference in my work out. It sometimes leaves me feeling like I have nothing left in me but it does what is says. Anyone tried this???
