I have never put me first and now its MY time. I was very sick earlier this year and was out of work for 2 months that gave me alot of time to realize that i was putting the wrong things first in my life. Now i go to the gym 5 times a week and i slowly see the weight coming off also a change in my clothes and it feels very good.
I met the man of my dreams who is awesome and supportive and works out with me he is the love of my life.
I also have the bestest friend in the whole world i dont know where i would be with out her when i look around she is never far away she is someone who loves me unconditionally the good days the sad days and even the bad days. So i am on a mission to find the real me under all these layers i know i am in there and have been hiding for a very long time i feel like a butterfly coming from the cocoon.

Is it the weights???
I did the same thing started at a gym and gained weight that first few weeks and it was discouraging but as time as gone on I am now starting to lose weight. I did have a difference in my clothes and that helped a little. good luck.Cool

Another water question i am taking in alot of water (12 cups yesterday) but feeling bloated will this subside as my body gets used to all this water or am i drinking to much?
