feeling hungry all the time !
There are two things I would do. First if you feel hungry and you've eaten recently, try to just fill up on water. That always helps me feel full. I think the recommended intake of water is about 8 8oz glasses of water. And try to always stay busy with something, that way you aren't bored or thinking of food or how hungry you may be.. with a bottle of water next to you of course.
