Getting started-My first day here
Hello everyone, this is my first day on Fat Secret, found out about it through Atkins forums. Never knew it existed, but I'm finding I like it already. I really love that I'm going to be able to keep track of my eating and exercising. I'm still trying to figure out how to use this site. Lots of stuff on here.
I need to lose 170 pounds and so far I've lost 32. It's taken awhile, so I'm hoping something on here helps me to figure out what I need to do to rev up weight loss.
