how to count the carbs here...
Hi.. just started Atkins, and am using this site to track my total carbs, but I have a question. Do the foods I enter into my food diet calendar from the lists, actually subtract the fiber gms to get the net carbs or does it just show you the total carbs??? I noticed that when I added an Atkins bar to my list it counted it as 15gms of carb. I then subtracted the fiber gms and found I had stayed right on target for the day. Is there a trick or an adjustment or edit I can do so that the program automatically only counts net carbs???
