Full time professional working mother of two who has successfully managed any number of international projects EXCEPT managing her weight!
"Successfully" climbed up in weight over the years. My goal is to
> loose 20-25 pounds
> focus on increasing vegetables, fruit and protein rather than "denial" strategy
> commit to 3X a week aerobics and 1-2X weight training
> daily focus on rejuvenating my health!
> set an example for my daughter
Stage One - get back in control @ 150 pounds and establish exercise habit
Stage Two- enjoy exercise and begin to diet more aggressively to see fast results til 145 and feel I'm in control again then move to slow and steady
