I have stuggled with my weight for as long as I can remember, its always been a issue. I just never measured up, always thinking I was the fat one of the group. Well I'm now going into my 60th yr and I'm soooo tired of feeling this way When ever I look at pictures of myself and I, look to see how fat I was in that one.I'm now doing Atkins and I've lost all together about 6lbs, it's taken along time, not coming off as fast as it used to, but its going the right way!!! So my journey has begun again, and it could be a long road and one I always seem to be on.
I hope it will be a road that will finally lead me to peace of mind and healthy living.
