Weekly entry a few days late!
What can I say things have been a wee bit crazy lately. But it's not all a bad crazy!
Like last week with work was all messed up especially having a day off for Canada day then having to work extra hours to make up for it! Then the weekend rolled around and I was all over the place. Had one of those days on Saturday that I decided to heck with it and enjoyed a couple drinks. Something I rarely ever do!
The last couple of days I've also been thinking what changes can I do to see if a few more lbs can be shifted. Of course I know what the culprit is, but I don't know if I am willing to give it up yet! Yes my love peanutbutter. Some people are addicted to chocolate, I can take or leave that but peanutbutter no way. So perhaps I could limit my amount I'm eating! Now that will be a challenge and a half for me big time. Maybe I'll post how I do weekly on here! Might keep me motivated!
The other thing I need to figure out is when I should order new work pants in a smaller size. I'm on the fence of waiting until my weight stabilizes, even though the ones I am currently wearing a) need a belt, and b) can be pulled down without undoing them.
Oh the delemas!! Lol

All my supportive friends that continue to stand by me
Life and all it's wonderous curve balls
My job (even on hell days)
My strength to get through times of weakness
I'm most of all just grateful to be me!! :D

July 1st calculations: weight lost 4.1lbs, total steps 272 379 (daily average 12 970) total distance walked in km 165.6 (miles 102.9)
steps and km are only recorded Monday through Friday! total days are 21! :D yeah me!!! lol

Weekly journal time!
First I would like to say hello to everyone and for the canadian's happy Canada day (July 1st). And to the American's happy 4th of July!
Okay now my that's been said, my week has been brutal work wise, weather wise, and most of all food wise. I found myself not being able to eat very much during the day but OMG come after work when everything had cooled down slightly I was an absolute binging machine. Don't know if my body is lacking something but I can not get enough peanutbutter. Thought I would truly be sick of it by now but nope. Plus salt, bring on the salt! Even though I know damn well that with the humidity makes everything swell up like crazy especially my hands. To the point that yesterday being the worse I could not even wear my rings.
So today the plan is to get as much fluids into me as possible. It's all these wrapped into one that have a tendency to bring me down, and it's all I can see when I look in the mirror.
However it's a cosmetic thing and that I know. It does not change who I am inside. It will not make me give up on my goal nor abandone the semi good habits that I have acquired during the last few months. :)
I remain grateful for:
My family
My friends especially my best/special friend whom I love the bones out of him! (lol)
My job and being perminant with benifits kicking in soon
The fact it's not winter (but would be nicer if it was cooler out)
And all the simple things that I have.
Plus let me not forget fat secret and all the support and encouragement that I have received.
So I wish everyone a safe and healthy week ahead!
