It's Friday. Honestly it has been a rough and very stressfull week. However I made it through. For that aone I am grateful.

So today is day 6 of the no PNB challenge that I had set for myself. If I can make it to Sunday then I won. :-) :-)
I'm still working on coming up with one for next week. I'm thinking about giving up salty foods, and maybe challenge myself to start those stupid exercises and stretches that I plan to do but then come up with a million excuses why I don't. It would be a good way to start the morning. Plus it is that time of day when I am stiffest from work the night before. So perhaps if I did start it would be a double bonus. Hhhhhhmmmmm now there's a thought.

Well with that said a definate plan needs to be hatched.

Today I am grateful for:
The end of a stressful week
My family and friends
My job
Warmer weather
Spring arriving tonight at approx 6:45 pm

onHere I am again. If I make it through today it will be day 5 of no PNB. I do not remember the last time I went that long without eating it. It seems so strange.

So yesterday I did okay, although because I was angry and stressed I did really want junk food and a lot of it. But I refrained because it would only hurt me more in the long run.

I've also noticed a few things to during these few days that I have been recording my food, I'm not drinking nearly enough fluids, and I also need to make my dinners lighter. The reason I say that is I have found that if my dinner is to heavy my stomach goes all weird when I return to work after our break which is only a 1/2 hr long. This maybe a bit graphic but there is nothing worse then working when your all gassy and feel like you need to go bathroom every 5mins. So something else to work on. Everything is simply a work in progress.

Well that's about it for me.

Well it's my third day! Been trying to come up with ways to work certain tasks back into my daily routine. Things such as writing in here, recording my food and hopefully some exercises. I know I'll find a way just going to take some time.

So if I make it through today it will be day 4 of no PNB. Maybe I should explain about that.. PNB got to a point that I would literally eat it 4 times a day. The 1kg container of that would only last me less then a week. So I thought that would be good place to start. Next week it will be all my salty snacks. Each and every week I will be eliminating something, until I can get back into actual portion control again. "It's not what you eat, it's how much you eat"

Well that's my plan for now
