Weekly entry a few days late!
What can I say things have been a wee bit crazy lately. But it's not all a bad crazy!
Like last week with work was all messed up especially having a day off for Canada day then having to work extra hours to make up for it! Then the weekend rolled around and I was all over the place. Had one of those days on Saturday that I decided to heck with it and enjoyed a couple drinks. Something I rarely ever do!
The last couple of days I've also been thinking what changes can I do to see if a few more lbs can be shifted. Of course I know what the culprit is, but I don't know if I am willing to give it up yet! Yes my love peanutbutter. Some people are addicted to chocolate, I can take or leave that but peanutbutter no way. So perhaps I could limit my amount I'm eating! Now that will be a challenge and a half for me big time. Maybe I'll post how I do weekly on here! Might keep me motivated!
The other thing I need to figure out is when I should order new work pants in a smaller size. I'm on the fence of waiting until my weight stabilizes, even though the ones I am currently wearing a) need a belt, and b) can be pulled down without undoing them.
Oh the delemas!! Lol
Now grateful list:
My mom and brother
My best friend whom I love to PCs
All my supportive friends that continue to stand by me
Life and all it's wonderous curve balls
My job (even on hell days)
My strength to get through times of weakness
I'm most of all just grateful to be me!! :D
