not losing weight anymore
i feel like i am terrible at losing weight. i kind of mesh everything i hear together and i am at a halt. i started a low carb diet a few weeks ago and i lost 20 lbs in almost 4 weeks. i was sooooo happy but recently i have stopped losing and i have been at the same weight for about 2 weeks now. im incredibly discouraged and feel like i am never going to be healthy. what should i do? change to another diet? exercise more? im completely lost and upset about this. please help.
