Ok the count down to one of my mini goals is really turning up! On the 6th of June we will be leaving for the beach for 6 days and I like the be in the 150-155 range. Time to really buckle down and only make friends with lean proteins fruits veggies and water for the next month. I can do this! Looking to be 8-13 pounds lighter. Time to get it!!!

I have to get back to where I was mentally it is like I fall completely off the wagon at night. I know what I want and eating more than I need and drinking alcohol will not help me achieve this I gained 4 pound in two weeks and I have less than two months to loose 7 (20 pound lost goal) I know I have it in me to do so I just have to think before I eat/drink extra and unnecessarily. Be blessed.

it is what it is, now to crawl to bed, rally over did it on my past two workouts, HIIT yesterday and Bootcamp today, not recommended unless you have a full body message after both.

I knew this week as going to be a gain week so I will take this with smile because I may have eaten and drank more that I should have but my workout schedule is solid! I just have to get over this eat drink and be merry feeling since I have lost over 15 pounds, lol. I just have to keep pushing forward and realize I am not at my goal. I have a little less that 2 months to reach my range of 150-155. I am not too worried but I do need to keep that in mind after I have had dinner.

Weigh day I don't think I will be doing much cheating today because I don't feel 100% I think I have a little stomach bug yesterday I only ate 3 crackers with water and that was pushing it. So today I might get some tea and more fluids in happy with the weight loss. I know me not eating yesterday did not amount to a 3 pound loss so I am proud of myself though I did have 2 drinks and second helpings of dinner last week. I wish everyone who is on their journey to keep pushing and to take this one day at a time!
