it is what it is, now to crawl to bed, rally over did it on my past two workouts, HIIT yesterday and Bootcamp today, not recommended unless you have a full body message after both.
164.3 lb Lost so far: 8.7 lb.    Still to go: 19.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.9 lb a week
