I have to get back to where I was mentally it is like I fall completely off the wagon at night. I know what I want and eating more than I need and drinking alcohol will not help me achieve this I gained 4 pound in two weeks and I have less than two months to loose 7 (20 pound lost goal) I know I have it in me to do so I just have to think before I eat/drink extra and unnecessarily. I can relate to falling off the wagon, I made chocolate chip cookies last night. Of course first thing I grab this morning was cookies, only because they were there and all I had to do was eat them. You can do this, you have come so far. Just keep reminding yourself of how much you have accomplished so far. You got this !
