I enjoy books, outdoor activities, I like to meet new people from different countries and learn a little bit more about different cultures, I have to loose weight for health reasons, I'm fighting now against PCOS and I really want to have a baby, I'm planning to get rid of it just by diet and exercise, I don't have high sugar problems so I don´t want to take metformin and taking the risk of my body getting insulin dependent, I want to avoid that by all means. while I get to the weight that I want to be I will enjoy the journey and take it one day at a time, choosing right meal day by day.

I have to show this to my husband, he will agree completely and he made me realize it, it´s impossible to live paleo lifestyle. those cavemen were hunting, eating what grew on the ground and fruits on a tree and that´s it. and then moving from one place to another. good article

during those days before and during my days, I kind of stuck but I think is because I tend to retain water.

I think that you may, usually a regular beer has 150kcal, that means that you'll have to work harder with your exercise during the week to loose those calories. But I'm the kind of people who thinks that if you like something, and you have been doing a good job, you deserve that spare time and enjoy too. it's all about balance. have a good weekend.

well, this week I didn´t work out 3 days, because I had Irritable bowel, so I guess the diet recommended helped even more to loose the weight, today back ...
