I am a mother of one toddler. Had been gaining weight since my marriage. My Body Mass Index (BMI) is 31 as I am 152cm with weight of 73kg.

So at moderate obese, i feel my body is so stuffed.. Furthermore I have strong family history of hypercholestrolemia, hypertension and diabetis.

So I need to go back to my ideal BMI at 27kg/m2, at least step by step. Need to reduce the risk which are already there.

If my 52 year old office mate is able to achieve hers..No way I am gonna be stuffed like this.

PLEASE READ - Concerning Trend on this Site!
I did read about 3 days fasting the other day( forgotten from who) nevertheless I have asked weather it was a straight 3 days fasting or break in between. But there was no reply.

I do fast as a religious rites and it should be emphasize that the purpose of fasting among other is a practice to rest the gastrointestinal system after a year of food indulgence and base of practice of a better control of food consumption.

Of course fasting is beneficial when is practice correctly but not to the extend of starving oneself.

I hope this website wont be abuse bcoz it has great features to assist in achieving one's ideal BMI. Another thing that i noticed is that on our profile, there is no mention of height or Body Mass Index (BMI)and weight itself will be very misleading. Me for eg. am 73 kg but i am only 5 ft 2ich therefor my BMI is 31 which is moderate obese.

I believe we should also emphasize the aim of an ideal BMI other than of weight only..Hmm I think i'll update my profile as well...
