~Hi!~
I am 26, married for 7 years and have 2 kids. After high school I stopped working out and just basically let myself go. I started Weight Watchers in January of this year and stayed on it till June, then I stopped for a couple of months and of course gained everything back. So at the first of October I decided that I would go back and start again. I hope that I can stay focused and get to my goal weight, which seems so far away!

Well just wondering what is everyone favorite dish to eat on Thanksgiving?? I have to have the stuffing and the mashed potatoes...love em!!

Keep up the good work! I know that you can get back on track and stay on track! Anytime that you get frustrated just get on her and talk to someone, anyone and that will help as well! Just talking will help you stay on track. Good Luck!

Using Alli too..
I tried it while I was on Weight Watchers the first time and it helped alot. I going to start it up again.

That sounds great I'm looking for all the help that I can get. Lately I'm just really frustrated that I can't get below the 200 lb mark. I just want to get under 200, that is a big goal for me. I think that once I get under 200 I will be able to reach the rest of my goals. It's just really frustrating!!!

My weigh in tonight...
Hey everyone! So I weighed in tonight and it didn't go so well. I gained .8, not what I was hoping for but oh well. Gosh, I'm getting so aggrevated because I just can't get my weight below 200 I just can't get over the bump! I've very discouraging. I just need to get my mind set and start really watching everything that I eat, writting every point down. Why is it so hard to set my ming to it and just do it? I really want to show myself that I CAN do it! I just always get off track and say that I'll do it but never pull through. I just want to get under 200 and then once I do that I think that I could lose the rest of the weight that I want to lose. Sorry I just had to vent!Mad
