I have steadily, but slowly been gaining weight since I had my daughter in 2004. I have gone up 3 pants sizes and gained about 30 lbs. I don't want to be back at 125 because I think that may be too thin for my body structure. I'm thinking 135 is a better weight for me, but I guess I will make that decision when I get there. I'm sluggish and I sleep poorly. I just want to get healthy so I can look and feel my best. Wish me luck.
