Today was not such a good day for the diet. Dark Knight and a dark day. Points today is a zero. Picked Brianna up from camp, ate on the run, movie theatre junk....the list goes on. Tomorrow is a new day.

Tally Point for Tuesday is a 2. Yesterday started off great, but I went to a baseball game and that did me in :-( The Dbacks were playing the Cubs and my company has a suite that we were able to use. The food and drinks were abundant. I should have had a plan, but I already know that if you fail to plan, you plan to fail. OK. I am on the straight and narrow today. Strive for five!
B.E.A.C.H. Five days a week any exercise and three days a week weight training; Daily log of food and exercise and staying within my WW points total. 2 points for 10000 steps each day; 2 points for 30 min exercise plus weight training. 1 point if I log everything on the next day but miss point total; 2 points if I log everything and miss the point total; 3 points if I log everything and make the point total

Day 3 on the B.E.A.C.H challenge - Yesterday was a pretty good day, but today promises to be better. Strive for Five!
