Today I did pretty well though I missed my WW point target by 1. I did however keep up with my food and exercise journal all day today. I also met my exercise goal. My BEACH rating today is 4. Good job!! Affirmation for tomorrow. I will stay under 27 points. I will develop and use a plan for when the evening munchies hit.

B.E.A.C.H. Five days a week any exercise and three days a week weight training; Daily log of food and exercise and staying within my WW points total. 2 points for 10000 steps each day; 2 points for 30 min exercise plus weight training. 1 point if I log everything on the next day but miss point total; 2 points if I log everything and miss the point total; 3 points if I log everything and make the point total
My current weight is 174

Inspirational ideas from a successful fat secret member
What has helped me?
(1) Focusing on one day at a time, progress made... not the lbs left to GOAL.
(2) Setting mini-goals of 10lbs losses.
(3) Completing the diet and exercise calendar to keep me accountable!
(4) Daily exercise - it's worth it, just to see those muscles develop and inches decrease!
(5) Joining in the team challenges to help keep that focus.

Starting a new challenge today. I really want to do well over the next four weeks. The goal is to lose 2 pounds per week. Two B.E.A.C.H goals. I will be recording my food and exercise daily and I will add strength training to my regimen at least twice per week.
