Wow the scale is not nice to me this week. I've followed my eating plan consistently. I only had one day where I broke down and had some pizza, so I went a little over my net carb allowance but was well below my caloric RDI. Feel like I should have lost more than 8/10 of a pound but am not giving up.
253.0 lb Lost so far: 31.8 lb.    Still to go: 113.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yesterday I was down a pound. I wake up today and I'm back up a pound. Water weight fluctuates all the time. Your doing fine. Some weeks we get big losses and others smaller. The people who get to goal, just keep on going. Each little loss adds up to goal.

Don't give up :) My weight has been bouncing for about 2 weeks now. Yes it's frustrating, am I going to stick with it... for sure. I just like to complain about it every now and again, makes me feel better in some weird way lol! Chin up, you're doing great!!!

Don't give up, for me this has been about constant everlasting plateaus - or that's how it feels, but with the consistent effort you'll see the results. I am, but it is slow and painful. Sigh.

The last 2 lbs took 10 days.

Thank you for the encouragement everyone. I'm not giving up, it's just that those plateaus get annoying, especially when you're doing what you're supposed to do. I know, it happens and I should be prepared for it, but I don't wanna see the scale sit still or go up. I'm sure it will kick back into gear soon enough, I just have to practice patience.
