Some of these diets that people are on are simply crazy!
"That is just plain stupid and it won't work." That is a rather uncalled for remark. Trying is never "plain stupid". I'm trying to get back in the groove again and have been at it just about as long as you...3 whole days. So I guess I'm an expert too. I would positively drive you crazy for the last 3 days. I don't weigh lettuce I measure it by the cup. I do weigh the amount of chicken I add to it as well as the olives, peppers, carrots..... No I don't plan on doing it for life. But I need to train my eye to better estimate my daily intake and I hope that will stay with me for life. Let's keep this a place to be supportive. Negative critical comments serve no purpose. By the way you're pretty hot for an old gal. Keep up the good work.
