Okay, well, I guess holding steady is better than going up! I thought i may have gained a pound, so no movement is better than that. I'm truly not eating nearly as much as I did when I was working, I would have thought enough to off set the reduced exercise. But obviously my metabolism has slowed too. I need to up the exercise!

Slowly heading back down again, I hope. Still not sure what made that peak, but my emotional holding on theory is possibly right, along with the decreased exercise since I left work. anyway, i'm on the right track.

Okay, I think I figured out what went wrong the last two weeks, a lot of old emotional isses I was hanging on to, lots of anger and resentment.
I did a big clearing session this morning and I'll be interested to see if the weight also comes off as I let go of the negative emotions! I do tend to hold onto fat as I hold on to anger.
So I'm letting it go.

Arrgghh! Over nine stone today, one twenty six and a half pounds, though I was one twenty four and a half on Wednesday. I'm not going to stress about it too much, but keep an eye on things. Maybe I need to cut back on the grape juice.
