Okay, I think I figured out what went wrong the last two weeks, a lot of old emotional isses I was hanging on to, lots of anger and resentment.|
I did a big clearing session this morning and I'll be interested to see if the weight also comes off as I let go of the negative emotions! I do tend to hold onto fat as I hold on to anger.
So I'm letting it go.
Lost so far: 73.0 lb.
Still to go: 2.0 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
