Back below 11 stone again, thank God! 10 13 3/4 this morning. Now huge weight loss but if I can sustanin this and my weight then stabilises below 10 7 I'll be happy.

Started raw vegan NYD. Not bothered if I lose a lot of weight, I just want to feel better. But I would like to get back into the healthy weight range. Looks like it's starting to happen!

Eep! Another three pounds added over Christmas. I start back on high raw today, not waiting for tomorrow! And I've decided my goals are health not weight. As long as I get my BMI back in the healthy range, that's my goal. I'm not trying get back to 120 pounds, wonderful though it was to be there.

Well, the Christmas binge has really had an effect. Three pounds gained in a week! The plan is a gradual increase in healthy foods/ decrease in unhealthy foods this week, then back to raw vegan by New Year's Day.
I need to work out the exercise program too.
