When I weighed on Wednesday, I'd jumped up to 8 13 3/4, and the same again today! Eep! I don't know how that happened. I need to exeercise more, and watch out for the amount of fruit and nuts I'm eating, I think.

No change again. I'd like to be less, but on the other hand maybe this is the weight I'm supposed to be now. I'll keep walking every day, keep eating instinctively, and see what happens.

Well, I'd rather have lost another half a pound, but I've not stuck to my diet that well this week, and I've walked less than usual too because of the snow, so holding steady is fine with me!

Awful week, but I seem to have bounced back from the tummy bug reasonably well, and survived my work leaving do without weight gain too.

Stayed stable. I'd really like to lose a few more pounds though. 120 might not be a weight i can maintain long term, but 122 should be, so I'm aiming for that.
