Yippee! Back down under 9 stone, closer to where I want to be. I don't think I charted it here, but my New Year weight was nearly 127!

Weight unchanged. Not perfect over Christmas, I've had quite a bit of wine and chocolate (not raw and not even vegan!).
I believe it's okay to give myself an occasional indulgence, but I want to focus on eating more simply and moving my body more.
I'd love to get back to 120, or ewven a steasdy 122!

No change. I've been drinking wine though, so I'm not surprised!
Measurements today:
- bust 34.5
- waist 28
- hips 37
- thighs 20
No sure how that compares- will need to look back and see what I was last time. I've decided to stay raw but indulge over Christmas, then do a green smoothie day on Boxing Day, starting Christmas night when we get home!

Weight stable. I'm not going to stress too much about this now. I know the answer is more exercise, and once I leva ework, I'll make sure I get it. I'd love to get back to 122 pounds, at l;east, even if 120 isn't sustainable.

Well, I lost 3/4 pound, I weighed this Saturday and Sunday too. I think I'll need to try to really up the exercise to lose more- I haven't been walking nearly enough. My foot still hurts! May try swimming once I quit the Day job, though the catch then will be the money.
