Slowly heading back down again, I hope. Still not sure what made that peak, but my emotional holding on theory is possibly right, along with the decreased exercise since I left work. anyway, i'm on the right track.
127.0 lb Lost so far: 74.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
