I am 29 years old and am at the top of my game...only I believe that I can get just that much further :-)
I am a software engineer with a standard work day. I like to get out whenever I can since I sit behind a desk all day. I love to run, play video games, see movies, and generally be happy as I can find the time to be.
Currently I do many different types of exercise routines ranging from crossfit style and types to strength training and powerlifting, depending on the time of the year. I have been doing these things for 4 years now and regularly exercising for 6. My first year, when I first chose to shed the weight, I did lots of cardio and running...daily. I became the lightest I had been since I was 15 (193 lbs). These days I weigh around 200-205 lbs and have found that this weight or less is appropriate for a man my size. My current focus is strength training. I have a 400 lb max deadlift, which I am exceedingly proud of and have maintained for 3 of my 4 "high level" years. I am working to increase squatting, benching and pullups at this time, but with summer coming, will soon be transitioning to running again.
I have had a year long hiatus of running when I began to have problems with plantar fasciitis. I will test the theory of whether or not I can get back into it as heavily as I was before over the summer. I will "train" for a half marathon distance, which I have regularly been able to do each summer.
