I lost about 50 pounds about five years ago, but over the last 2 years, I have slowly gain about 25 back, mostly due to not exercising. I have the hardest time finding the time, and when I do have extra time, there are so many other things I would rather do! haha!! I have only found one activity that I really enjoy and doesn't bother my bad back, and that is riding my bike. I take my little dog, put her in a pouch on my front, and away we go! However, living in Utah, there are only so many days a year that riding a bike is even possible! It started with my belly, but now I've started seeing that double chin and back fat come back, too! and it makes me sick! I worked so hard to get it off the 1st time, I can't believe I let it come back!! I need to get control and get it off for good! The only way that is going to happen is if I make exercise a part of my daily life and make good food choices something I do automaticly, not something I have to think about!
