performance: losing 1.4 lb a week
I've been over weight for about 5 years. I've lost 15 to 30 lbs a few times, but I have yet to actually stick with my weight loss plan. I joined weight watchers a month ago and gained 3 lbs. I really haven't been taking it seriously. Today is a new day. I plan on recording all my food, and walking my dog every night. This is how I've lost weight in the past.
I love cooking. I don't like boxed meals or frozen meals. I do like eating out though. That is really the main reason I've gained so much weight.
I also have a girl and boy (5 and 4 years old). I've been a stay at home mom for 4 years now, but I'm back to college now. I feel like I'm in a new stage of life now, and I want to get back in shape for it.
