DIET CHANGE
thanks for listening and all. i'm kinda likeing the new diet. i went out and got some new foods mostly all no fat. its been good so far. haven't found anything i don't like yet lol!!!! made a big pot of soup today for my lunch next week. i love soup. eating more fruit. something i didn't get on atkins. it might take me a little longer to lose the weigh i want but, i will do it.hopefully i can get off the pills soon. well good luck to you. keep up the good work Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

DIET CHANGE
WELL LAST WEEK I GOT MY TEST RESULTS BACK FROM SOME BLOOD WORK. I'M NOT TO HAPPY. I HAVE VERY HIGH CHOLESTEROL YUCK!!!! MY DOCTOR PUT ME ON SOME PILLS AND TOLD ME TO GET OFF ATKINS AND ON A LOW CALORIE/LOW FAT DIET AND TO EXERCISE 3 TIMES A WEEK. AT FIRST I WAS SO UPSET. I WAS REALLY GETTING INTO THE ATKINS THING. BUT, NOW I'VE GOT MY MIND SET ON DOING GOOD ON THIS AND GETTING OFF THESE PILLS. I DON'T WANT TO HAVE TO TAKE PILLS. I ALSO DON'T WANT TO HAVE A HEART ATTACK OR STROKE. THATS ENOUGH TO GET MY BUTT IN GEAR AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. I HOPE I STILL CAN LOSE THE 15 POUNDS BY CHRISTMAS. GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE. THANKS FOR LISTENING!!!!

hi ya mimibenham here. i'm from Shreveport, Louisiana. was a air force brat lol. lived in Ill., Del., and New York. went back to Shreveport. moved to Paradise, Texas 3 1/2 years ago to help my husbands parents love it here a small town. its about an hour from Dallas, Ft. Worth and Denton.
