Devoted to doing Callanetics?
I did them in college; dropped a dress size in a week. I did them intermittently in my 30's with fast, great results. I never felt like I was exercising. Then my vhs tape broke & I never got around to replacing it til last year. I started them a few weeks ago, but I am too stiff now & it hurts. I'm using some regular stretching dvds & hope when i am more limber I can do the full Callanetics

job for exercise credit
Hi,
I am a nurse, I work 12 hr shifts & am trying to find an equivalent for exercise. I'm guessing walking moderate 3mph for about 8 hrs of the shift & desk work/ standing for the other 4. Is this reasonable? I'd like to be as realistic for this estimate. Any other ideas/thoughts? Thanks
