Hi,
I am a nurse, I work 12 hr shifts & am trying to find an equivalent for exercise. I'm guessing walking moderate 3mph for about 8 hrs of the shift & desk work/ standing for the other 4. Is this reasonable? I'd like to be as realistic for this estimate. Any other ideas/thoughts? Thanks Smile
