Do I really look SICK ?
I think you are very handsome! and people are just use to you looking overweight I had a neighbour guy who lost lots of weight went from 5'9 250 to 155 and he looked sick at first cause we weren’t use to seeing him thin and he looks fine to all of us now but not knowing what you looked like before I would say you look very healthy your face isn’t too thin keep up the good work Smile Not looking forward to all the negative comments yet to come as I am already getting negative opinions that I wont make it but this is for me not them so go me! Smile

FIRST A CONGRATS TO ALL OF YOU! GOOD JOB! i NEED HELP! SO NEW TO ALL THIS HEALTHY WAY OF EATING
so I am feeling good today just a little hungry.I am just so gosh darn confused on how many calories,fats,proteins and carbs in order to loose weight I would love to loose anywhere from 2 to 3 pounds a week I have searched the internet like crazy and think Im supposed to eat 2,000 calories a day according to these calories calculators can someone please let me know what I should be doing as far as calorie,carbs,fats and proteins Im not sure how to read this rdi and pie shape HELP!Embarassed
