It makes the best pork for shredding. That alone was worth the price of the pressure cooker.
Don't get me started on eggs in the pc. (Low pressure about 10 minutes). The peels practically jump off!

I gained 2 pounds in 2 weeks but I'm not stressing just yet. Maybe, just maybe it's time to go back the the gym, however.

This is an age old question and one I'll be watching. Every pair of jeans I try on stand away from my waist in the back. A lot. What trouble area would I call that?
