I'm hungry all the time
I'm hungry all the time and seriously, I'm not starving myself. I'm eating breakfast, lunch, dinner and two light snacks....and I'm staying under my calorie limit. I think it's mind over matter....like I feel deprived because I'm not running to McDonalds or Taco Bell every five minutes.
Any tips on helping curb hunger. I don't want to take Diet pills as I used to be addicted to them. Any other tips?

From anorexic to overweight
I just need to say this....
In my early 20s I was in shape..but I was also anorexic. Big time. I weighed less than 100 pounds, I was that "skinny blonde." And it's what I identified myself with.
Now, over 10 years late, I'm 90 pounds overweight. I cannot even begin to express the shame, and helpless feeling I feel when I'm having to shop for plus-sized clothes. This after I used to shop in the "teen" section to find anything that fit.
I'm ready to change. But I'm ready to do it the right way. No starving. No depriving my body of fuel that it needs to function.
I. Am. Ready.
I just hope I'm strong enough not to relapse....

Facing reality.
I truly can relate to this post. Never ever had I dreamed I'd be THIS overweight. I used to be in amazing shape in my early 20s...and I took great pride in that. Now, I'm facing 90 pounds of extra weight. And, like you, am facing that reality. It's hard. Darn hard.
