Enough Protein Doing Weight Watchers
Why not just add a protein shake into your eating? Optimum Nutrition has one of the best Whey Protein products I have seen and used. I still use it.

If you can find it in your area also you could use Hood Calorie Countdown Milk as well.

I take 1 scoop of Whey, half a serving of Hood, and use water for the other half. So 4oz of Hood and 4oz of water.

Fits right in with Atkins for me. If it can fit Atkins I am pretty sure it can fit WW.
